60 minute session one-on-one with Sara consisting of warm up, conditioning, and some spins! Sara specializes in catering to all levels of pole fitness placing an emphasis on technique and correct alignment. You will learn grips, climbs, and even receive helpful feedback if you happen to be a seasoned dancer. Pole is a great way to exercise, an opportunity to let go and be silly, and can even strengthen your connection to the divine feminine (regardless of sex or gender). Pole classes can be booked with a friend or as a solo session. Please do not apply any lotions or oils the day of class and the less, restrictive clothing, the better (;
